Roles & Responsibilities

Accountabilities

The role will cover a broad range of HR activities with primary focus on Organisation Development, Learning & Development and will also require to provide support in all other HR spectrum, where necessary.

  • Review present practices, develop and design organisational development tools and interventions to successfully implement HR transformations.
  • Responsible for sourcing, evaluating, recommending and managing external partners, trainers and/or vendors in relation to OD. Actively participate in vendor selection efforts and work closely with team-lead and VP (GCA & Transformation) in the negotiation and contracting process for procurement of services and/or products.
  • Supporting team lead, VP(GCA & Transformation) and SVP(GHR) in defining, developing, implementing and sustaining FISH and Global OD Movement strategy for senior leaders and employees in the Group as well as working with the respective regions to cascade these initiatives.
  • Research and develop strong internal and external HR branding and communication materials ie Global Clips, HR segment of Annual Report, newsletters, learning materials etc.
  • Monitor and evaluate effectiveness of various FISH campaigns.
  • Assist team lead and SVP(GHR) in organising the bi-annual Employee Opinion Poll across the PSA Group
  • Coordinate and communicate OD programs to ensure maximum level of awareness and commitment to OD investment.
  • Assist with production / post-production of Companys internal communications portfolio e.g. videos, photos, posters etc.
  • Line of sight and ownership on FISH Nominations and its related systems.
  • Keep abreast of FISH and Global OD developments/workplan in the regions.
  • Responsible for OD event planning as well as end-to-end logistics for various programs and workshops
  • Support the integration and alignment with other learning and OD teams across the PSA Group.
  • Participate in the organisation of Corporate Centre employee relations events/activities.
  • Conduct orientation to new hires on rotational basis.
  • Assist in all other HR and administrative functions as and when assigned.
  • Prerequisites

  • Degree in Business, HR, Organisation Development, IT or related area
  • At least 2 years of relevant experience
  • Excellent written and communication skills
  • Good interpersonal skills, matured and pleasant disposition
  • Self-motivated, energetic, and exercise initiative
  • Ability to multi-task, work independently or in teams as the situation requires, and be highly adaptable to work in a diverse environment
  • Strong drive for results and value creation focus
  • Comfortable with doing live facilitation when necessary
  • Experience in internal and external stakeholder communication and management and learning management systems will be an advantage.
  • Knowledge in Multimedia, design and/or video editing skills would be an advantage
  • Resourceful, organised and detail-oriented
