Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities
  • Responsible for the full spectrum of HR management which includes employee life cycle management, talent acquisition and retention, compensation and benefits administration, employee engagement, performance management and learning and development.
  • Establishes and leads the recruiting and selection process which include sourcing, shortlisting, interviewing etc
  • Performs recruitment efforts for all personnel
  • Creates and maintains all job descriptions within the company
  • Processes payroll
  • Conducts new employee onboarding and exit interviews
  • Maintains personnel records and prepares reports as required
  • Maintains company staff directory and organizational charts
  • Develops and updates HR budgets
  • Monitors and tracks the leave for financial reporting and regulatory compliance
  • Bridges management and employee relations by addressing demands, grievances or other issues
  • Assist in the creation and development of high performing tools, frameworks, and systems that help deliver the companys growth plans.
  • Recommends new policies and procedures
  • Ensure legal compliance with local regulatory requirements
  • Any other ad-hoc duties
  • Minimum a bachelors degree in human resources or related discipline
  • 5 years of HR experience. Experience preferred in the pharmaceutical or bio technology industry.
  • Able to work in a fast pace environment.
  • Possess critical thinking abilities
  • Resourceful with proven problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to engage people at all levels.
  • Possess a Certificate of Employments intermediaries (CEI Basic) will be an advantage.
  • Possess sound working knowledge of MOM legislation, CPF & IRAS statutory requirements and other local statutory requirements.
