Job Tasks & Responsibilities of HR Executive/Assistant HR Manager
Handle work pass matters (application, renewal, cancellation, etc)
Handling government survey and manpower reports
Updating of organisation chart
Updating records and maintaining proper filing of all employee personal files.
Managing recruitment short-listing and interviewing
Handling MOM work pass matters
Collating, organising and filing the supporting documents
Monitoring / following up on probation / confirmation
New staff Orientation and briefing
Monitoring / following up on Work Pass Expiry date
Any ad hoc duties as and when assigned
Requirements:
Degree in Human Resource or equivalent
A minimum of 4 years of experience,
Strong communication and ability to work across all levels of the organisation
Knowledge and hands-on experience in Singapore legislation, labour law, and local HR practice
Must be bilingual in English and Mandarin to communicate with Management
Proficient in Microsoft Word, Powerpoint, and Excel
Keen attention to detail, efficient and highly organised
Good time management, able to multi-task, and can work under high pressure
Preferable Singaporean & SPR Only
