About the Company:

Our client is a MNC Retail Brand.

With 20-30% business growth year on year, they are looking for a strong HR Director/ Senior HR Manager to lead the HR team.

The successful applicant will look after the region of China, HK and Macau covering 600 headcounts and they will set up their Taiwan Rep office soon.

About the job:

  • Build an effective communicate channel and work closely with senior business stakeholders and local HR business partner across Greater China Region including HK, China, Macau and TW
  • Work with sourcing team on develop, drive and maintain recruitment strategy HR strategy, reviewing regularly to ensure delivery and freshness
  • Manage and implement HR projects across the business
  • Lead and develop the team
Skills & Experiences Required:
  • Bachelor Degree in Human Resources or Business Management disciplines preferred
  • Minimum 6 years of HR related experience required
  • Ideally candidates from retail industry with HK & Macau experience
