They are shifting their Global headquarter from Beijing to Hong Kong. They are looking for a high calibre HR professional to set up their HR policy and infrastructure and work closely with the Senior Stakeholders.

About the job:

  • Set up HR Infrastructure for business and streamline HR structure, in terms of compensation & benefits, salary benchmarking, revising employment contract and employee handbook, etc.
  • Lead and develop the team
Skills & Experiences Preferred:
  • Minimum 5 years of HR related experience required
  • Candidate with solid experience working & managing Chinese Senior Stakeholders
  • Fluent Mandarin is a must
