We are delighted to be working with a prominent technology organisation headquartered in Europe. The business has significant operations across Asia and an exciting digital growth strategy. We are currently involved in the search to identify a HR Director in their regional hub in Singapore.
Reporting to the Chief People Officer in Europe and the Regional Managing Director based in Singapore, this role is responsible for partnering with heads of departments to develop key strategies and objectives for their teams, ensuring that HR initiatives and programs are clearly aligned with business priorities.
You should be an experienced HR leader with at least 15 years of diverse generalist experience in global organisations of scale. Ideally with experience working in an organisation that has experienced rapid growth (one that is fast moving, high-paced and change-oriented). We are looking for someone who is a true people person and business partner, someone who is a seasoned leader, with the energy and passion to thrive in an evolving business.
