Job Description

The Job:

Reporting to the CEO, to drive the HR function for the brand in Asia, including their corporate sourcing and retail functions.
Act as a strategic HR partner to drive HR-related planning, staffing, compensation planning, succession planning, budgeting, training and development, compliance and performance management for the region
Responsible for the establishment of the company's organisational structure, departmental responsibilities and staffing, job responsibilities, job operation instructions and other organisational systems, and supervise the implementation
Creating and implementing a HR plan to support business changes and strategies
Build corporate culture and strengthen the cohesiveness of the staff
Execute HR policies & procedures in line with corporate directions and business needs and ensure full compliance with rules and regulations

The Candidate:

Bachelor degree or above, human resources management, business administration and other related majors are preferred
At least 8 years experience in human resources, in which more than five years are in senior management role
Rich retail HR experience in HK and APAC markets is an advantage
Excellent people management, communication and interpersonal skills
Experience in organisation development, learning & development functions is preferred
Able to work independently, with rich experience in team management
Good work planning ability, planning and execution ability
Good interpersonal skills, communication skills, coordination skills
