Reporting directly to HQ, you will be managing a team of 4 and leading HR strategies and operations across 5 countries within SEAPAC. In addition, you will:
  • Drive regional HR operations and strategies across the region, working closely with your team of 5 to manage smooth end-to-end HR operations, harmonisation of HR policies, forecasting and budgeting, rollouts of all global and regional initiatives
  • Maintain knowledge of trends, regulatory changes, employment law and new technologies that aligns with business goals and objectives
  • Act as a business partner to internal senior stakeholders and role model to ensure HR supports the companys wellness and people-based goals, driving a collaborative diversity & inclusion culture and strong DNA
  • Work closely with the leadership team on HR projects and initiatives to drive a strong people culture and develop talent capabilities across your assigned markets
  • Maintain high service delivery standards across all functions of HR to ensure Best Practices are shared across all markets

  • skills and experience required

  • Degree in Human Resources, Business or equivalent
  • 10 years HR Generalist experience within the luxury, retail or consumer goods sector
  • Existing Senior HR Managers who are looking to step up into the next leadership role are welcome to apply
  • Strong business partnering skills; approachable with good communication and presentation skills
  • Highly motivated and ability to be both hands-on and strategic
  • Progressive mindset, ability to empower and lead employees of all levels
  • Track record in leading teams across regional markets, experienced with people development
  • Strong knowledge of local and regional SEA employment law and regulations
