Work as strategic HR partner to the country leader and senior management team.Develop and implement Country specific HR policies and procedures associated with local law.Lead Performance Development Process, Local Leadership Training, Talent Review, Talent Development and Succession Planning in the country.Lead Merit Review Process, HR Budget Planning, Local Bonus Plan Designing and implement Corporate Annual Incentive Plan and other C&B related initiatives.Lead global HR initiatives such Global Engagement Survey, Salary Survey, Wellness Program, etc.Oversee any restructuring activity in his/her area of responsibility. This includes all planning, support, financial and disparate impact analysis (if required), developing communications plans and severance and retention documents, participating separation discussion as needed to support the people and site impact of the restructuring.Work with local sales/marketing managers and regional HR managers to design and review local sales incentive plan.Work with the local and regional recruitment resource to assess open positions, facilitate recruitment process, develop recruiting strategy and interview senior/business critical roles. Provides advice on implementation of HR practices, handles employee issues, employee exits and redundancy in the country.First point of contact for the manager on employee issues. May coach the manager on how to handle the employee issue. Can also assist the manager on any legal issues/complications. Work with the manager to develop a Performance Improvement plan, deliver the plan and work with the manager to follow up on the plan.May make the original request for an evaluation and eligibility for an International/mobility assignment for a member of the staff in the country. Ensures compliance with global mobility policy and oversee immigration and visa application process.Local relationship and negotiations with local union and maintain & develop industrial relations.Utilizes HR technology and ensures all data in all systems is managed and accurate.Other miscellaneous issues in the country.
