Job Description
HR Director
Plan, lead, direct and develop all Human Resource policies, processes, and activities to ensure legal compliance and implementation of Salad Stop Groups mission and HR strategy. The right candidate should actively drive the corporate culture and values in all its practices.
Responsibilities:
Collaborates with senior management team to understand organizations goals and strategy related to staffing, recruitment and talent retention.
Plan, leads, develops, coordinates and implements policies, processes, training, initiatives and surveys to support HR compliance and strategy needs.
Administers the administration of HR programs including but not limited to, C&B, leave, disciplinary matters, disputes and investigations, performance and talent management, productivity, recognition, morale, and training and development.
Conducts research and analysis of organizational trends including reviews of reports, metrics from HRIS
Maintains knowledge of trends, best practices, regulation changes, technology in HR, talent management and and employment law. To apply this knowledge to communication changes in policies, practices and resources to senior management team.
Develops and implements departmental budget
Manage full spectrum of Human Resource function in terms recruitment & selection, compensation & benefits, talent management, training, learning & development, payroll management, together with the HR team.
Maintains organization staff by establishing a recruiting, interviewing and onboarding program; counseling managers on candidate selection; conducting and analyzing exit interviews; recommending changes.
Ensures planning, monitoring, and appraisal of employee work results by; scheduling meetings with employees; hearing and resolving employee grievances; counseling employees and managers.
Maintains employee benefits programs and informs employees of benefits by studying and assessing benefit needs and trends; recommending benefit programs to management; directing the processing of benefit claims; obtaining and evaluating benefit contract; awarding benefit contracts; designing and conducting educational programs on benefit programs.
Ensures legal compliance by monitoring and implementing applicable MOM regulations; conducting investigations; maintaining records; representing the organization at hearings.
Maintains professional and technical knowledge by attending educational workshops; establishing personal networks; participating in professional societies.
Works closely with management and employees to improve work relationships, build morale and increase productivity and retention.
Reports to : Chief Executive Officer
Supervises: HR Manager / HR Executives
Requirements:
Degree in Human Resource or equivalent
SHRM-CP or SHRM-SCP will be advantageous
At least 8 years of relevant experience in HR business partnering, working in a matrix organization
Successfully implemented strategic HR plans and solutions, dealt with organization strategies and complex business/HR issues
Ability to apply HR generalist knowhow to varied business environment
Knowledge on legislation and labour law and local HR practices
Strong task, cost and time management skills
Strong interpersonal and communication skills
Strong analytical & problem-solving skills
Ability to handle multiple complex tasks under pressure
Self-motivated with proactive outcome focus
Innovative and creative problem solving ability, and conceptual thinking ability
Good level of reasoning capability, good active listener
Remuneration will commensurate with skills and experience
