Reporting to the GM, you will be tasked to develop and implement HR strategies, advise internal stakeholders on all HR matters on a regional basis. You are to manage and drive HR operations such as recruitment, performance management, compensation and benefits, etc. You would be implementing change and streamlining processes, business partner with regional and department heads, execute projects such as system implementation, as well as act as an interface between the HQ and the other regions.
You should have a degree in Human Resource Management with a minimum of 10-15 years of experience in the relevant capacity. You should have excellent communication skills, sound analytical skills, and strong stakeholder management skills. Immediate availability preferred.
