An exciting HR Director role with a global fintech company is now available. The role is based in Singapore, and is an exciting opportunity to be part of a company that is challenging the status quo, armed with innovative solutions that is flawlessly executed using state-of-the-art technology.
In this role, you will be an entrepreneurial leader, driving people initiatives on a global level. As the leader of the entire HR function, you will take full ownership of improving employee engagement, learning & development, compensation & benefits, and also drive diversity & inclusion initiatives. You will also take charge of the companys talent development frameworks and processes. Working closely with the senior leadership team, you will have the opportunity to continue building a strong employer brand, culture and organization. As the HR Director, you will also lead your team to ensure that all HR operations run smoothly.
You are degree qualified, with at least 8 years of HR experience, ideally with at least 2 within a start-up environment or a fast-paced technology/fintech company. You have excellent communication and writing/presentation skills, and a proven track record in influencing and managing senior stakeholders. You are driven, entrepreneurial and not afraid to be experimental.
