Job Description

  • Position : HR - Compensation and Benefits Manager
  • Location : Shenton Way (VERY COOL office)
  • Working hours : 5 Days/ Office hours
  • Salary (commensurate with experience) : Up to $9000/ months + AT LEAST 3 months bonus
  • Duration : Perm
  • Industry : Subsidiary of Listed shipping company
  • Main Responsibilities:

  • Works with Team Lead in annual rewards activities and processes (, annual benchmarking exercise, salary increase budgeting and annual compensation review).
  • Works with Team Lead to the companys mid-long term strategic HR rewards plan through global job evaluation/ grading/benchmarking exercise so as to stay competitive in the market.
  • Developing Global grading and reward practices to attract and retain the company talent globally.
  • Health and welfare, retirement, benefits plan management, benefits coverage evaluation, benchmarking, and cost analysis of global HQ.
  • Communicates and collaborates with Singapore Group Companies.
  • Developing work/life policies programs(eg. flexi working, designing and implementing physical, emotional, financial and social wellness programs(eg. designing wellbeing strategy, designing and executing programs) by identifying employees needs and interests.
  • Supports strategic HR Projects related to support the company Business Plan.
  • Assist on managing internal process and operation, including Payroll, Employee Inquiries, HRIS data.
  • Requirements:

  • Strong compensation and benefits know-how with broader HR exposure
  • Strong business partnering and stakeholder management skills
  • Analytical and numerically inclined, strong conceptualization and communication skills
  • Bachelors Degree in Human Resources or Business Administration or post graduate C&B qualifications
  • Minimum 5 years of C&B relevant working experience - Preferably in Global or MNC set up
  • Experience of team management and leading
  • Bilingual in English and Mandarin to liaise with Chinese clients who can converse in Mandarin only
