Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

Our client is a global company providing logistics services in 45 countries and regions. They currently have an opening for HR COMPENSATION & BENEFITS ASSISTANT MANAGER (Permanent position, salary range of S$6K to S$8K per month with other attractive benefits).

Job Responsibilities:

1) Assist and support the General Manager HR to execute the HR Retention strategies with regards to Compensation and Benefits (C&B) and Payroll Processing/Management

2) Work closely with the Heads of Division to execute and drive the C&B strategies, program and processes to meet the business needs of the organisation

3) Review and document the HR C&B policies and ensure that the implementation of the policies is in line with local statutory and global/regional requirements in a customer-oriented, compliant, effective and efficient way with the highest quality standard

4) Prepare monthly HR and Payroll reports to Finance and Regional HQ

5) Submit Annual Tax Filing for all employees

Requirements:

Diploma or equivalent

8 years of relevant working experience in Compensation & Benefits and payroll processing

Proficient in MS Office Advanced Excel & TimeSoft Payroll System

Excellent written and spoken communication

Meticulous with good attention to details

Good interpersonal skills and good team player

(Technical) Human Resource Analytics and Insights, Human Resource Policies and Legislation, Industry Networking, Organizational Change Management, MS Office Advanced Excel, PowerPoint and Payroll Processing
