DuPont is looking for a dynamic and resilient individual to join our team as a HR Business Planning Manager - APAC & EMEA. Reporting to the Human Resources Director of AP, you are required to have a clear understanding of the various businesses and partner with business leaders to support delivery of key programs and targets.
You will plan and facilitates the HR Strategic planning process, ensuring that comprehensive strategies, plans and budgets are developed, approved and communicated both within HR and businesses. Working with the HR Analytical team, you will develop metrics to monitor key HR strategies and deliverables.
You are required to act as a catalyst for change to improve the organisational effectiveness. You should be capable of identifying cross functional HR issues and provides leadership in developing and implementing solutions.
