Headquartered in US, our client is a multinational corporation that provides IT services with rapid expansion in Hong Kong.
We are now seeking for a HR BUSINESS PARTNER
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Act as the focal contact point for all HR enquiries for the operation in Hong Kong
- Provide full employee service to all staff with support from Shared Service and Specialist HR team
- As an advisor and assist line managers on people management strategy and methodology
- Ensure all HR policy and procedure are in compliance with the Labour Ordinance
- Coordinate and organize various employee relations and staff engagement activities
- Liaise with senior management and department heads on HR strategic planning
QUALIFICATIONS
- Degree holder or above in Human Resources Management or related disciplines
- 8-12 years of HR experience gained from MNCs, preferably with experience gained from the IT sectors
- HR Experience as a Business Partner or Account Servicing role
- Well versed in Hong Kong labour ordinance
- Effective interpersonal and communication skills
- Excellent command in verbal and written English
