Job Description

Client Information Our client is a global beauty distributor with e-commerce business, who is looking for a high caliber to join their dynamic team as HR Business Partner/ HR Manager and manage the all-rounded HR operations.

Responsibilities
  • To work closely with line managers on manpower budget and arrangement based on business needs;
  • To collaborate with the groups Center Of Excellence (COE) to develop, maintain and review the talent acquisition and management program;
  • To manage and review employee benefits programs by reviewing and analyzing benefits needs, trends and costs; work with COE on the enhancement of C&B policies and practices and ensure the alignment with market competitiveness;
  • To ensure the planning, monitoring and assessment of employee work results by training managers are in line with the groups direction;
  • To schedule management conferences with employees, resolve employee grievances and provide counselling to employees and supervisors when necessary;
  • To prepare and submit regular and ad hoc corporate and statutory HR reports and analysis for management review;
  • Be responsible for the monitoring and implementation of assigned HR projects.
  • Requirements
  • Bachelor or above degrees in HR, Business Administration or related disciplines;
  • Minimum 8 years experience in various HR functions with 5 years in managerial positions; experience in beauty brands/ luxury sector will be highly regarded;
  • Fluent Chinese and English; fluency in other Asian language will be an advantage;
  • Familiar with the use of HRIS and social media engagement with digital savvy; knowledge of SAP is an advantage;
  • Strong communication, presentation and influencing skills with business acumen;
  • Analytical, multi-tasking, able to work in a fast-paced environment with high level of integrity.
