  • Be part of the HR Partner team who provides HR consultation and services to management and staff.
  • Develop HR plans and initiatives that are aligned to and support the achievement of business objectives of the assigned departments/business units
  • Partner with shared services team to deliver a full spectrum of HR services to all levels of staff in compliance with HR policies, audit requirements and legal obligations (e.g. Employment Act, CPF & IRAS regulations)
  • Provide advice and guidance to Line Management on performance management related matters, resolve complex employee relations issues and address grievances.
  • Work closely with management and employees to improve work relationships, build morale and increase productivity and retention.
  • Monitor and report on manpower and succession planning.
  • Develop understanding of business/ function needs and objectives, analyse trends and metrics so as to provide effective HR solutions to the stakeholders.
  • Participate in leadership meetings and proactively provide inputs in the development of business and operational plans/ initiatives
  • Work effectively to align and achieve synergies in carrying out processes such as performance appraisal exercise, mass salary review and bonus exercises, recognition awards nominations, developmental award nominations, budget exercises.
  • Proactively identify gaps in the existing processes, propose and drive changes necessary to establish good HR practices.
  • Partner with CoE and other partners to develop and strengthen the managerial and leadership capabilities and succession pipelines of the organization.
  • Provide supervision and oversight to the BP team in business partnering role.
  • Requirements:

  • Min Bachelor or Degree in Business or HR Management with at least 4-5 years of working experience as HR Business Partner, 2-3 years of leadership experience.
  • Good working knowledge of the law and regulations in relation to HR and employment
  • Comfortable working on numbers, performing analysis, preparing proposal and presenting to internal/external stakeholders
  • Strong interpersonal, communication and writing skills with the ability to analyse and present information in a clear, concise and coherent manner.
