Roles & Responsibilities

Job Description:

  • Align closely with recruiters and hiring teams to develop a comprehensive understanding of our roles, target profiles and market landscape
  • Identify, engage and activate talent through different sourcing or recruiting strategies (e.g. Boolean, LinkedIn and alternative search techniques)
  • Screen resumes and engage candidates to determine fit for role
  • Regularly track candidate pipeline activity to share with hiring managers
  • Build and maintain high quality talent pipeline for various roles across divisions
  • Collaborate with different partners including recruiters, hiring managers and external candidates
  • Own and drive creative sourcing strategies to improve hiring needs
  • Conduct data analysis and share market insights with business leads to support business growth
  • Requirements:

  • Degree/ Diploma in relevant field
  • Deep sourcing experience with in-house recruiting team
  • Good candidate engagement with ability to engage passive candidates
  • Able to provide strong consultative skills throughout the candidate search process
  • Proficient with sourcing strategies/tools
  • Capable of demonstrating a data-driven approach to make hiring decisions
