Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Implement talent management and development framework and processes.
  • Manage talent processes to identify, develop and retain talent for succession of leadership and key positions.
  • Develop, implement and administer L&D policies, plans, processes and programs.
  • Manage L&D activities which include planning, coordination, facilitation and execution of training programs, managing learning platforms, etc
  • Engage and collaborate with government agencies and training institutions for grants.
  • Manage and analysis training budget utilization.
  • Requirements
  • Degree with focus in Human Resources or Talent Management.
  • At least 3 years relevant experience.
  • Have hands-on experience in Learning, Development and talent management related projects.
  • Good interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Good planning and organizational skills.
