5days week ;8.30am -5.30pm
Manage the full spectrum of payroll processing including preparation ofpayroll reports.
Manage government statutory submissions and claims.
Involve in the design, development and implementation of HR policies,including compensation and benefit policies and programs.
Review and analyze internal equity and market competitiveness of totalremuneration programs.
Support in budgeting exercise.
Any other duties being assigned.
Degree in Human Resources or related field.
At least 6 years' experience in Compensation and Benefits.
Good knowledge in labour law.
Meticulous with eye for details.
Proficient in Microsoft Office application
