- Talent acquisitions for both local and remote teams
- HR Administration, including employee compensation and employee benefits, work passes, employee income tax, long service awards, overseas employee training programs
- Safe Management officer and enforce requirements for Safe Management Measures at the workplace
- Effectively manage interpersonal relationships at all levels, Resolving conflicts through positive and professional mediation
- Ensure compliance with statutory reporting and filing requirements e.g. CPF, IRAS, MOM, NS and other government-related claims as well as administering work pass application/ issuance/ renewal/ cancellation
- Manage other HR projects and initiatives as required which includes employees activities such as Annual Staff Meeting, Staff Dinner
- Review and manage performance appraisal system
- Actively keep updated on regulatory changes and identify the gaps in the organizations HR process and propose methods or procedures to improve them
- Salary and bonus review and performance management process through close partnership with key stakeholders
- Statutory external Financial Standards Audit and internal audit by HQ
