Roles & Responsibilities

DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES

1 Provide assistance & support to the Director to plan, schedule & organize (annual HR activities) and ensure that all Human Resources tasks & activities contribute to the attainment of the Organizations goals, outcomes and expectations of the Organizations main stakeholders.

2 Provide assistance & support to the Director to generate & implement resolutions for HR related challenges within the HR function and other operational functions, their events, tasks & activities as well as decision to resolve the organizations operational & tactical concerns.

3 Operate and maintain Sage Easypay system. File & archive all (HR related) information to support all management, organizational, business, functional & tactical decisions, activities & responsibilities in accordance to statutory or regulatory requirements.

4 Provide assistance & support to the Director by implementing activities to support the developing & nurturing of positive employees to inspire enthusiasm, devotion, and strong regard across all inter/intra functional work teams.

5 Implement & guide disciplinary investigation or counsel or resolve employees grievances.

6 Manage all Compensation and Benefits related programmes such as annual salary review, succession planning and more

7 Perform full set of Payroll functions including CPF submission, tax clearance and yearly IR8A submission with accuracy

8 Interviewing and recruiting staff, enforcing company policies and practices

9 Perform general admin tasks, such as arranging Gifts and Condolences wealth, maintaining sufficient stock for office stationery, photocopying papers, beverages, and etc.

10 Any other duties or responsibilities as designated by the Director or the Organizations Management.

QUALIFICATION, EXPERIENCE & SPECIFICATION

1 Bachelor Degree in Human Resources Management, Business Administration or other equivalent qualifications.

2 Minimum 7 years of full Human Resources Management experience preferably in a multi-national (or business unit)

3 Well versed in English and Mandarin

4 A strong Team Leader as well as a capable Team Member.

5 Strong knowledge CPF, MOM, PDPA and other related Laws

6 Capable of working with minimum supervision and comfortably across different cultural environment.

7 Meticulous and able to maintain strict confidentiality of sensitive information

8 Good interpersonal and communication skills
