Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities


  • Responsible for the full spectrum of HR functions in compliance with legal requirements including recruitment & selection, training & development, performance management, compensation & benefits, payroll administration, employee relations, industrial relations and etc.
  • Manages employee administration matters such as confirmation, promotion, termination, on & off boarding, orientation & induction of new employee and update and maintain Human Resources information / staff records.
  • Manages and implementing all aspects of Human Resources functions, strategies and initiatives including policies, systems / processes, procedures, talent management, operational improvement and organization development to align the workforce management with the overall strategic goals of the company.
  • Leverage on suitable government workforce initiatives and grants to support organizational growth
  • Perform any other duties assigned by management
  • Requirements:

  • Min. Diploma/Degree with relevant qualification preferably HR related
  • Min. 3 to 5 years of hands-on experience in wide spectrum of HR duties
  • Strong knowledge of Singapore employment legislations
  • Hands-on payroll experience using EPE - SAGE Payroll and/or SYNERGIX Software is an advantage
