About Us

Little Artists Art Studio Pte Ltd is a premier Art school in Singapore, providing high quality art education for the last 25 years. We were established in 1997 and we currently run our programs across two branches, with offshore operations and entering the space of digital education, with an aim of spreading its wings globally. The studio is known for providing high quality art education to children and inspiring creativity in them. Our major demographic consists of students starting from 2.5 years to 17 years.

Our students are regularly selected for the top art / design / architecture colleges globally and for SOTA (Singapore Art School). Our studio consists of a cosmopolitan student body from 40 different nationalities and a multi-talented faculty from 12 different countries. The Role -

We are looking for an ambitious and self-driven HR & Talent Manager to join our team, as key member to grow and transform the organisation. You will be responsible for the full spectrum of HR Operations, including talent acquisition, compensation, training, development, day-to-day support, employee activities, employee productivity, appraisals and retention. In addition, be responsible for full spectrum of talent development and management of our organisations employees. We need a business facing and business friendly candidate who can understand and align business needs proactively to Talent and HR strategy and execute proactively, with speed to support the growth of business.

Experience in the Education industry would be a plus.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage full spectrum of HR operations hiring, onboarding, training, productivity, appraisals, performance management, leaves, increments, bonus, salary etc.
  • Develop and execute a sustainable talent acquisition and hiring plans and strategies
  • Perform analysis of hiring needs and provide employee hiring forecast
  • Design, plan and execute selection processes (conduct interviews and screening calls, administer psychological tests etc.)
  • Source and find candidates qualified for open positions
  • Reviews employment applications and background check reports
  • Plan procedures for improving the candidate experience
  • Investigate and determine employee needs
  • Design, plan and execute employer branding activities
  • Perform candidate and employee satisfaction evaluations and workshops
  • Design and implement measures for improving employee retention
  • Determine HR and recruiting KPIs
