Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

Project Coordinator:

The Project Coordinators involvement is heaviest at this stage and includes:

Establishing the Clients expectations at the earliest opportunity

Liaising with Clients Project Manager and Design Team to gain a full understanding of Project Objectives (Quality, Programme, Cost)

Overseeing the production of Information Required Schedule and facilitates the design/construction interface

Contributing to the Tender Schedule, procurement, and selection of Trade Contractors

Reviewing information and advises on buildability, environmental and value engineering options

Ensuring clear and effective lines of communication and reporting are set, internally and externally

Overseeing the development of the methodology of construction and programming

Setting up and attending meetings: Trade Contractor Director Meetings; weekly or fortnightly Design and Progress Meetings; monthly Project Meetings

In conjunction with the FM, ensure that the Cost Monitoring Systems are established and agreed

Dispute resolution

Coordination and running of the administration functions, e.g. drawing control, secretarial, filing etc

Prepares and collates the monthly Project Report

HR role:

Observe operations and suggest Innovate and suggest effective HR management policies and technology.

Enhance HR governance function on all HR matters.

Provide administrative support for all elements of HR; recruitment, employment contracts, employee confirmation, reporting, performance management, exit interviews.

Process WP, Spass and EP applications.

First point of contact for employees for feedback and questions.

Liaise with new joiners and conduct onboarding sessions.

Undertake analysis and reporting on a monthly basis from our HR System.

Support the recruitment team with candidate phone screening when and where necessary.
