About The Role

RESPONSIBILITIES:
Manage process of Learning and Development and Talent Development including establishing strategies, policies and plans on training development and career roadmap
Review, access and deliver training programs to build staff in areas of professional development and performance management
Ensure talent and performance management initiatives are focused to improve organization capabilities and effectiveness
Design and lead staff engagement initiatives to improve staff engagement and well-being
Business Excellence Support:
Support development, implementation and improvement of processes, structures, capabilities and capacity
Conduct internal organization diagnosis to identify gaps and propose intervention plans
Collect and analyse data for fact-based recommendations and measure impact of intervention plans for effectiveness. Provide periodic progress updates regularly
Facilitate meetings and workshops to ensure process alignment and provide improvement solutions
Review, improve and revitalise internal work processes and practices
Process Improvement Support:
Identify knowledge gaps and deliver intervention to address organization knowledge sharing
Facilitate the development and implementation of SOP documentation across all HR functional area
Review policies on succession, career development and staff training plans


Candidate Requirements Technical Competencies:

5-8 years experience in HR Management with some experience in organization development, change management, quality improvement (BE, Leadership Development, Organization Culture and Employee Engagement, Quality Circle and Team Development, Continuous Improvement, Strategic Planning, Project Mgt)

Core Competencies:

Degree in HR or related field
Strong analytical, interpersonal and influencing skills, and stakeholder management
Able to make a positive difference, self-motivated, and creative
Able to plan, multi-task with good leadership skills
Proven track record in Business Excellence certifications

Preferred achievements / characteristics:

Self-starter with initiative, able to work independently in a team environment, engaging and experienced facilitator
Excellent counselling, communication and negotiation skills to build rapport in a dynamic environment with strong focus on personal accountability, work ethic, integrity
