Roles & Responsibilities

Tasks, Duties & Responsibilities

  • Serve as the first line of contact for employees for any HR-related queries, e.g. as employee benefits, leave, letter requests, work visas, etc.).
  • Support the recruitment and onboarding process from start to end (job advertisements, screening of CVs, scheduling of interviews, documentation, background checks, new joiner orientation, etc.).
  • Generate official internal documents such as offer letters, promotion letters
  • Take charge of the onboarding and offboarding processes for new joiners and leavers respectively.
  • Upkeep and maintenance of employees personal files and records
  • Maintain/update leave record
  • Administration of statutory claims (NS, childcare/maternity claims etc.), work pass (application, renewal and cancellation) and tracking of benefits-in-kind for tax filing purposes
  • Manage full spectrum of monthly payroll
  • Ensure timely and accurate submission of CPF and annual income tax declaration
  • Local payroll processing including annual AIS submission, IR21 filing
  • Handle and verify staff claim (medical, dental, mobile phone claims etc.)
  • Support in the update of HR policies, processes and procedures
  • Manage timely submission of government and manpower related surveys and reports
  • Support on HR communications (e.g. emails , notices and announcements to staff)
  • Support the implementation of projects and initiatives in the company as required (e.g. well-being, process improvement initiatives, etc.).
  • Any other required tasks, duties and projects, including office administrative work
  • Knowledge, Skills and Abilities

  • Minimum Diploma in HR related field, Business Administration or equivalent from a recognized tertiary institution
  • Minimum 3 years of relevant HR work experience
  • Hands-on payroll experience in SAGE or any other payroll system
  • Good knowledge in Singapore Employment Act, HR functions and best practices
  • High degree of accuracy and attention to detail
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and act with discretion
  • Proficient in Microsoft office
  • A team player with initiative and good interpersonal skills
  • Plan, organize, and manage multiple projects and tasks simultaneously in a fast-paced environment
