Job Description

Our client is a fast-growing production company with dynamic media exposure. As an award-winning firm, the company is now looking for a HR & Administration Manager to join their team. It would be a great opportunity to develop a career in the media and production industry.

Responsibilities
  • Conduct all-round and staff-related organizational management and be responsible for full spectrum HR & Admin functions including recruitment, compensation and benefits, payrolls, etc.;
  • Develop company HR & Admin policies and implement HR related measures;
  • Oversee office operation and administration;
  • Manage staff communication and organize company events;
  • Handle other ad hoc task when assigned.
Requirements
  • Degree holder in Human Resources Management or related business disciplines;
  • Solid work experience with 5 years in Human Resources;
  • Familiar with Hong Kong Employment Ordinance and HR related tools and regulations; knowledge of Thailand employment related legislation will be a plus;
  • Detail-minded, proactive, presentable and mature;
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel and Word;
  • Good English and Chinese.
