Job Description
Responsibilities:
Reporting to Deputy Managing Director
Manage and maintain full-spectrum of HR functions including talent acquisition, HR policies and employee handbook upkeeping, on-boarding/off-boarding, employee engagement, training and development, oversees payroll
Develop and implement workforce planning
Provide guidance to management on all HR related matters
Review compensation and benefits to stay competitive
Perform analytics based on employee data and make proposals for improvement
Oversee day-to-day HR and office support duties
Nurture and drive a positive working culture
Work closely with overseas subsidiaries to ensure alignment in HR practices and policy alignment
Go-to person by line management on disciplinary matters, employment arrangement and industrial relations
Responsible for ISO9001, ISO45002, BizSafe Star internal and external audit
Requirements:
Possess a Degree in HR Management
Minimum 5 years of working experience in construction/MICE sectors and 3 years in a senior executive capacity
Ideally posses recognised HR Professional credential such as IHRP, SHRM, CHRM or equivalents
In-depth knowledge of performance management and talent management cycle
Well-versed in labour laws and legislations
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Independent individual with strong analytical skills with high level of integrity
Ability to multi-task and meets timelines
Business travels is expected

Salary: Up to $5,000 depending on experience
Working Location: Macpherson
Working days & hours: 5 days work week, Monday to Friday (9am to 6pm)
