Job Description


  • Full spectrum of HR functions including talent acquisition, compensation and benefits, performance management, employee relations and development.
  • Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business strategy
  • Implement HR policies and procedures, with constant reviews on their appropriateness and make recommendations to management for improvements.
  • Work closely with Line Managers to provide advice on manpower needs, recruitment strategies, staff appraisal and personnel development.
  • Handle and resolve employees disciplinary issues and grievances.
  • Identify staff capabilities to match company needs for different projects.
  • Responsible for training and development by working closely with Line Managers on training plan and effectiveness of trainings.

  • Bachelors degree in Human Resources, Business, Law or related fields.
  • Minimum 5 years of direct experience developing and managing HR policies, programs and regulatory compliance activities.
  • Successful track record of developing and implementing Corporate HR policies and coordinating implementation across operating business entities.
  • Strong interpersonal, communication, presentation, and writing skills.
  • Methodical and diligent with outstanding planning abilities
