Manage and review all HR and Admin policies and procedures and ensure compliance to all statutory or regulatory requirements.
Responsible for the following HR functional areas: Organisational Development, HRIS, Employee Relations, Staff Welfare, Training and Development, Compensation and Benefits and Recruitment.
Overview staffs salaries and compiles payroll information by managing payroll preparation, completing reports and maintaining records.
Prepares reports for CEOs overview of the months payroll (causes of increase/ decrease of the overtime hours) this includes balances of the payroll accounts by resolving discrepancies.
Participates on external auditing.
Ensuring payroll guidelines by self-study of new MOMs guidelines.
Advertise, recruits, interviews, assess new staffs.
Track manpower needs, inclusive of foreign manpowers expiry of work passes, driving licenses, and any offences made.
Conduct contract signing and orientation.
Prepare internal forms and letters.
Participates on counselling sessions and issuance of disciplinary measures.
Liaison Manager for government sectors: CPF, MOM, IRAS etc.
Replenish gifts/ voucher stocks for staff benefits.
Maintaining the condition of the office and arranging for necessary repairs & servicing.
Provides supplies by identifying needs such as stationeries, pantry supplies, staffs uniforms, office equipment etc.
Overseeing the office expenses through tracking reports, and liaising with each Unit on any cost matters.
Verification of invoices before submission to Finance
Managing the cleaner, contractors and internal staff. Delegating work to staff and managing their workload.
Handling of petty cash and safekeeping of office keys.
Manage guests and VIPs.
Requirements
Proven work experience as an HR Manager,HR Administrative, Assistant Manageror relevant role
Computer literacy (MS Office applications, in particular)
Thorough knowledge of labor laws and HR related regulation
Excellent organizational skills, with an ability to prioritize important projects
Strong communication & interpersonal skills
Self-motivated, highly organized, and attention to detail.
