Job Description

  • Manage full spectrum of HR and administration functions, including monthly payroll
  • Develop, monitor and implement HR strategies, policies and procedures across the Company
  • Responsible for all HR-related compliance matters aligning with statutory requirements for Singapore
  • Bridging management and employee relations and care for staff well-being
  • Oversee and manage a performance appraisal system that drives high performance
  • Develop and implement Training program
  • Oversee preparation of employment contract, recruitment and selection process
  • Onboarding / Offboarding
  • Manage office supplies and upkeep office equipment
  • Oversee admin, office, facilities services, maintenance activities and personnel security
  • Requirement

  • Bachelor degree in Human Resources / Business Admin
  • Proven working experience as Assistant HR Manager or HR Manager
  • Familiar with labour law and HR best practices
  • 5 years relevant working experience
  • Good listener, empathetic, altruistic, humble, kind, open-minded
  • Good presentation skill
