  • Formulate HR and Admin policies and oversee their implementation and compliance
  • Manage and oversee a team of Human Resources and Admin Executives
  • Oversee the full scope of human resources including recruitment and retention, compensation and benefits, employee engagement, learning & development, and employee relations/ welfare
  • Manage foreign hiring quota and process work passes
  • Ensure employees' monthly payroll cycles and CPF submission are duly executed.
  • Assist line managers in employee grievance handling and disciplinary cases
  • Ensure proper and comprehensive filing system and data maintenance for all staff.
  • Ensure legal compliance throughout human resource management
  • Assist to prepare reports as requested by management
  • Any other ad-hoc duties as assigned and required by the company
  • Requirements

  • At least 5 years of HR & Admin experience
  • Minimum Diploma / Bachelor's Degree in Business Management / Logistic, or other relevant fields
  • Able to work independently as well as a logical and innovative solution way of thinking
