Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

Ensure that HR Policies are in compliance with local regulations and legislation

Process monthly payroll, calculation of OT, CPF, income tax

Work Pass application, renewal and cancellation

Submission of claims for CCL, Maternity Leave, Paternity Leave, NS Claim

Update HR system, generate reports

Coordinate training courses, workshops, update training matrix

Handle end to end recruitment activities

Administer onboarding and offboarding procedures

Prepare and generate HR letters and reports

Handle staff disciplinary issues and grievances

Manage staffs claims, expenses, insurance claims

Tabulate and submit MOM survey

Coordinate staff welfares and annual events such as Team Building and HR events

Office administration including pantry management, procuring office supplies, vehicles administration, etc

Other ad-hoc Human Resource and admin duties (CorpPass Administrator, season parking) as assigned
