Roles & Responsibilities

Job Responsibilities:

  • Act as HR business partner towards the leaders and employees
  • Manage full employee life cycle, recruitment, onboarding, training, KPI setting, performance monitoring, evaluation, career development, offboarding
  • Work with vendors in payroll, compensation & benefits administration
  • Provide guidance on employee behaviour and conflict resolution, Mediate and resolve employee relations issues.
  • Handle operational tasks for HR activities such as onboarding, new employees orientation etc
  • Consult managers and provide daily HR guidance, and mentor managers on employee development best practices.
  • Analyze onboarding surveys, interviews and HR processes and make actionable recommendations based on data.
  • Proactively identify organizational needs and offer HR solutions.
  • Deliver and implement HR programs and policies, aligned with business strategy and priorities.
  • Plan and carry out HR strategies in accordance with changes in the external environment to attain business objectives
  • Develop/update HR policies in accordance with regulatory requirements and prevailing practices
  • Assist management to build a nurturing company culture
  • In charge of various administrative matters
  • Reqiurments:

  • A great communicator with 5+ years HR experience preferably in the global financial-tech industry.
  • Experience at Advisor level and consultancy skills.
  • Proven ability to facilitate, persuade, influence and build credibility with all levels and all functions.
  • Excellent coaching and relationship building skills.
  • Solutions orientation balanced with delivery focus.
  • The ability to work in a fast-paced business often going through continuous change.
  • High-level English & Mandarin both written and spoken to liase with Chinese Associates.
  • Efficient HR administration and people management skills.
