Roles & Responsibilities

1) General office admin duties (Stationery, Uniform, Utilites, Pest Control, Heavy Vehicle Parking, Insurance etc)

2) Staff Recruitment, Retention, Welfare, Housing and Communications

3) Payroll matters including CPF, IRAS, Leave, SDL, CDAC, Levy, etc

4) Foreign worker permit application, renewal, medical appointment, issuance, cancellation, S Bond, etc.

5) Staff dormitory matters

6) Staff training arrangement, record & updates according to ISO procedure.

7) Covid-19 SMM & SOP compliance & executions

8) ISO 9001:2015 MR cum Auditor (Optional)
