I-CARE PCN PTE. LTD. is the headquarters of a network of GP clinics aimed at delivering better and more holistic chronic care to patients in the community via a team-based approach. Our GP clinics are supported by a team of nurse counsellors and care coordinators thus freeing doctors up to focus on patients' medical issues. We conduct mobile health screening services and nurse counselling for patients with Diabetes, Hypertension, Lipid Disorders, Asthma and Chronic Obstructive Pulmonary Disease (COPD) island-wide.

MARANATHA ACCOUNTING SERVICES PTE. LTD. is a consultancy firm providing advisory, accounting, tax and secretarial services to SMEs.

We are looking for an independent individual who is administratively strong and passionate about rendering professional support in the areas of Human Resource and Secretarial services. Accounting knowledge is a plus. The ideal candidate should be comfortable working independently with one direct report.

Job Responsibilities:

Responsible for full spectrum of HR & Admin function in recruitment and selection, training and development, payroll, compensation and benefit and other HR administrative duties. Basic Corporate Secretarial compliance work.

Human Resource

  • Handle monthly payroll administration / monthly preparation in TALENOX
  • Recruitment of candidates in line with business needs; right competencies, experience and cultural needs
  • Develop and manage HR SOPs and policies, matrix
  • Conduct exit interviews
  • Manage end-to-end work passes related issues such as application, renewal, cancellation, appealing, expiration, follow up with medical check-ups, updating personal particulars to MOM, visa application etc.
  • Processing and timely submission of Form IR8A, NS make-up claims and all government paid leave claims
  • Prepare and submit government bodies and statutory board related surveys
  • Administer employee benefits such as leaves, medical, insurance etc.
  • Ensure that newly hired employees are properly oriented about the company
  • Ensure complete, up-to-date, accurate and accessible records are kept for all employees
  • Assist in the co-ordination of social and recreational activities to promote the general welfare of all employees
  • Source for and recommend upgrading courses for the staff
  • Provide the necessary confidential administrative support for all human resource, office admin and secretarial function
  • Coordinate performance appraisal cycle
  • Other ad-hoc HR & Admin duties & projects delegated from management and direct report
  • Administrative / Secretarial

  • Ensure corporate compliance of entities registered in Singapore
  • File and maintain corporate documents and statutory registers as required
  • Update changes with company registrar
  • Follow up status and lodgement of Financial Statement to comply with ACRA requirement
  • Opening and closing of bank accounts, changing account details as required
  • Complete KYC/Due Diligence as required
  • Liaise with external auditors and Finance department
  • Take note of various statutory deadlines and responsible for respective filing
  • Involvement in finance related issues as assigned
  • Job Requirements:

    Bachelors Degree with specialization in Human Resource Management or any related discipline preferred.

    Good working knowledge of local employment legislation and HR best practice.

    Team player with excellent communicate skills.

    Min 3 years of relevant HR & Admin experience.

    Knowledge in Talenox Software is an advantage.

    Secretarial experience is an advantage (Diploma/ Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma in any field or equivalent Corporate Secretarial Certificates)
