Handle workers payroll.
Assist in Covid-19 administrative duties, handle foreign worker medical claim.
Prepare foreign worker levy report and project costing report for data analysis.
Submit foreign worker levy waiver and annual income tax (IR8A) for all workers
Handle all employee medical insurance claim, WICA case
Handle work pass renewal and application for new workers
Handle workers training as required by MOM
Any other ad-hoc duties if required

Administering and managing human resources plans for departments
Manage the whole employee life cycle, from recruitment, on-boarding, engagement, development to off-boarding
Planning and organizing the activities and actions of the HR department
Work closely with different department leaders to provide HR advice on various aspects, i.e. manpower planning, employee retention and employee relations
Develop and execute recruitment strategies to support company business growth
Conducting annual salary and compensation surveys and findings
Spearheading personnel policies and procedures
Administering benefits program
Overseeing employee interviews
Overseeing company annual budget
Willing to work at Saturday or after office hour in case urgently job require to response
Preferably specialized in construction industry
Ability to work in fast paced environment, multi task and well organized.
Familiar with MS Office software, Powerpoint, and Excel.
Experience in using Times Software System preferred
Familiar with MOM regulations and HR practices
