Job Description


  • Maintain and update staff leave, attendance and employee records
  • Liaise with internal and external parties for HR operation
  • Assist in HR functions and secretarial support
  • Assist in payroll calculation, MPF and employee compensation
  • Handle general administration duties such as filling, office warehouse equipment maintenance and prepare analysis report
  • Perform ad hoc tasks as assigned by supervisor


  • F.5 or DSE graduated or above
  • Minimum 1 year relevant experience in HR or administration is preferred
  • Proficient in PC Operations including MS Office and MS Outlook
  • Detail-minded, well-organized and responsible
  • Pro-active, positive attitude, good team player and able to communicate with all levels of staff
  • Immediate available is preferred

Working hours : Monday to Friday 09:00 18:00 ; Sat 09:00 13:00 (long/short weekend)
