The successful candidate will work with different stakeholders in performing a variety of administrative and staff support duties.

What does the role involve?

In this role, you are required to provide day-to-day human resources and administrative support and act as overall contact point with Office Building Management Office. You are also responsible for managing the office administration to ensure overall company productivity and cost effectiveness; including but not limited to office maintenance, contract management, office security, tenancy matters, office supplies replenishment, renovation, fixed asset management, company phone plan, etc., In addition, you will take the responsibility of assisting in onboarding and offboarding of employees and supporting trainings as well as organizing company events and employee activities. You will involve in other ad hoc projects and administrative assignments as and when required

What you need is:

  • Your profile:
  • Degree, Higher Diploma or above in Business Administration, Human Resources Management or related disciplines
  • Minimum 1-2 years of all-rounded office administration experience will be an advantage (Fresh Graduate will also be considered)
  • Good knowledge in general office administration policy and other related ordinances
  • Resourceful, creative, self-driven and result-orientated
  • Detail-minded with good analytical thinking and problem-solving skills
  • Strong interpersonal skills, good team player, organized and able to multi-task
  • Fluent speaking and writing in English, Cantonese and Mandarin
  • Proficiency in MS Office application such as Word, Excel and Chinese Word processing
  • Immediate available is preferred
