Duties & responsibilities:
Recruitment Operations: prepare contracts, coordinate pre-employment screening On/Off Boarding send on/off boarding notification, update various org charts, track probation, ensure new joiner forms are completed, employee personnel file maintenance, update BCP call tree,
Payroll/Tax- manage monthly payroll changes and annual tax return
HRIS position management, position changes, supporting managers using MyHR (Oracle)
Benefits Administration manage insurances enrolment, coordinate all rental imbursement processes, support annual benefits renewal processes
L&D support coordinate participant list, venue, arrange training materials
HR reporting generate headcount, leave report and handle data analytic requests etc.
Support RFP completion, consolidating both quantitative and qualitative responses working with members of the global HR team as required.
Visa support- liaise with service provider to ensure employees full compliance of immigration requirements
At least 3 years HR operations experience from a leading investment banking, asset manager or insurer
Must be based in Hong Kong with a valid HKID
