PURPOSE OF POSITION:
The incumbent will be responsible for providing HR analysis support to SM organization as well as managing CB, HCM related activities. He/ She will also assist both HRD and CB Manager in leading projects
Responsible for list of standard reports across the region e.g. HC report, HR movement report, monthly SB forecast for SM organization HC bridge analysis
Responsible for Sales Incentive Plan execution, include monthly accrual, quarterly payout calculation, SIP pay slips preparation and payroll file preparation
Perform CB related data analysis for different business units
Identify and develop methods and processes to improve CB programs to meet business needs
Participate in review of CB programs to ensure they remain competitive
Coordinate CB processes such as salary benchmarking, annual performance review, merit planning etc.
Assist in preparation of variable pay calculation, accrual payout for Sales non-Sales functions
Maintain HRIS and personnel database assist in payroll management
Assist in adhoc projects as requested by supervisor
