Chandler Macleod Group is currently seeking an experienced HR administrator interested in working for a Federal Government Organizations based in Penrith.

The types of duties will include but not be limited to:

  • Providing assistance to the team
  • Monitoring and analysing data
  • Tracking employee performance
  • Identifying areas for improvement
  • Reporting KPI's
  • Ensure staff are following guidelines and operating procedures
  • Assist with quality and assurance processes

The Successful Candidate will have:

  • Experience in HR Admin
  • Proficient use of Microsoft Suite
  • Advanced Excel Skills (pivot tables, manipulating raw data, creating formulas, v-look ups)
  • The ability to manage priorities and allocate tasks
