Job Description


  • Lead and manage the full spectrum human resources functions for Greater China ( including HK & Macau) and APAC as well as drive the business goals together with CEO and CFO;

  • Oversee full spectrum of HR & Admin functions of the Asian subsidiary ;

  • Develop and implement organization strategies and company policies by identifying and aligning APAC human resources best practices ;

  • Provide international tax/employment terms advice to internal business partners on operational matters (e.g. new business models) ;

  • Support management by providing strategic human resources adviceto facilitate decision making; analyzing marketinformation andlocal/overseas market trendstoaddresshuman capital needs and business priorities ;

  • Build and promote organization culture, create a passionate workforce,enhance organizationcohesiveness and staff loyalty, as well asnurture creativity in the workplace

  • Lead and supportad hocHR projects and initiatives;

  • Responsibilities

  • Form 5 or above

  • Minimum8-10 years' experience in human resources management with at least 3 years in a senior managerial/leadership capacity, as well as solid experiencein China ;

  • With sound market knowledge about Greater China (including HK and Macau) and APAC;

  • Concrete knowledge ofgarment/ manufacturing /retail industry is essential,with prior experiencestationing in overseasoperationsa definite advantage ;

  • Proactive, with strong business acumenand exposure to all-rounded HR functions ;

  • Knowledge of regional salary taxation,internationalPEO and global assessment;

  • Strong awareness of multi-cultural values, customs, and norms; able to work under pressure and handle multi-task, with strong leadership,influencing, negotiation and communicationskills ;

  • High proficiency in both written and spoken English& Chinese;fluency inMandarin;

  • Frequent travel to China;
