Our client is one of the Listed Conglomerate Group in Hong Kong.

They are looking for a Assistant HR Manager/ Senior HR Officer in their BP team with 50% HRBP job duty, 50% in Reward & Policy, looking after both HK & PRC HR issue.

Job Description:
  • Act as HR Business Partner to provide HR Advisory Function to business leader and Operation Managers including but not limited to Recruitment, Reward, Performance Management and Succession Planning
  • Involve in the hiring process to select and recommend candidates to meet business hiring needs
  • Particiate Annual Salary Review, Bench-marking Exercises, Performance Management, Short-Term Incentives, Job Grading to Benefits Review for the Greater China Region
  • Prepare for the budgeting reports & salary proposal
  • Compile management reports and statistical analysis
  • Participate in ad hoc HR Project and initiatives
Skills & Experiences required:
  • University degree in HR Management or related discipline
  • Minimum of 5 years experience in HR Management within a sizeable organisation
  • Candidate with PRC HR experience has a relative advantage
  • Proficiency in both English and Chinese
