Roles & Responsibilities

Responsibilities:

  • Manage the full scope of human resources including recruitment and retention, compensation and benefits, employee engagement, learning & development and employee relations/ welfare.
  • Manage and implement company policies and employment-law compliance
  • Handles daily administrative and HR duties of an organization
  • Participate in HR project
  • Pro-active and work well under pressure
  • Effectively handle HR enquiries from general staff and managers, ensure compliance to HR related legislations
  • Ensure expenses spent is within budget
  • Requirement:

  • Work experience of 2 years in human resource
  • knowledge of labor legislation and data protection regulations
  • Excellent analytical, reporting skills and organizational skills
  • Knowledge of Computer Software and tools such as MS Office, Email and Payroll Software
  • Good verbal and written communication skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Diploma in Human Resources Management or relevant field
