Job Description

  • Oversee the Group HR functions in terms of strategies, policies, processes, systems and other initiatives
  • Develop corporate and forward-looking strategies and plans for the different HR functions
  • Offer end-to-end HR Business Support to our growing F&B and Lifestyle Group
  • Support current and future business needs through the development, engagement, motivation and preservation of human capital
  • Improve management and employee communications, including mediating in disputes and advising line managers on how to implement personnel policies
  • Drive and support the cultivation of high performing cultural change plans and positive employee experience interventions
  • Requirements

  • 3-5 years of relevant experience in the HR Function
  • Have the resourcefulness to support the various HR activities
  • Independent and hands-on
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Results-oriented
