Salary : $6500 + AWS + VB
5 days work week
Work Location: North/ West

Industry: SGX MNC Manufacturing

Full spectrum of Human Resource functions:

Recruitment & selection, compensation and benefits administration, employee relation, performance management and payroll.

Develop the organizational human resources strategy in compliance with corporate group strategy.

Prepare HR budget and ensure activities within budget.

Ensure compliance with local laws and employees rights in accordance to Companys Code of Conduct.

Provide administrative support to the Senior Management and Board of Directors.

Requirement:

Degree in HRM

With 5 years experience in the full spectrum of HR preferably in MNC

Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to multi tasking

Meticulous and detailed
