What you would do as our HR Governance and Compliance Manager
We are looking for someone who creates, manages and maintains effective governance processes and structure and ensures compliance and data protection requirements met in global HR functions and activities. Also, in this role you will provide guidance and support for HR and global leaders on HR governance and compliance.

You would also:
Lead the Country Coordination approach our cross divisional country-based HR compliance network
Create, align and publish HR policies and documentation
Manage HR related data protection activities and documentation including Privacy Notices
Coordinate global union items, materials and assessments
Collaborate closely with Legal, Finance and Internal Audit
Take HR lead in relevant steering committees and decision bodies
The skills and experience you need:
We are looking for someone who:
Who has a minimum of 3 years' experience in a similar role
Understands HR processes and documentations,
Knows HR and Financial structures and systems
Is experienced with labor relations and unions
Is familiar with GDPR and data protection requirements in general
Ideally, you would also have experience working in a multinational company with colleagues in many different countries. A background in project management is an advantage, as is an analytical mind and experience from a matrix organization. You probably have a degree within Finance, Law, HR, Business Administration or similar.
